Unable see to HFR in 11.1.2.4.900

Hi Everyone,

I have installed 11.1.2.4.900 on a VM with MSSQL 2012. Everything is running smoothly except for HFR.

I am not able to see the HFR product in shared services, the reporting studio is throwing the unauthorized error and I don't see any explore button in the workspace.

I have run the diagnostics report and everything seems fine there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
