Ultra5, sym22802 diff. scsi card, solaris 10 and Sun6 bay multipack

I am Planning to buy and install sym22802 dual channel differential scsi card on my ultra 5 box with solaris 10 running on it and attach a sun 6 bay multipack storage to it using 68 to 50 pin scsi cables so that i can work with VxVM 4.1.
My question is "can sym22802 card be installed in the pci slot of ultra 5 and is it supported by solaris 10 , ( if not i can install solaris 9), and can i attatch my storage to it and use VxVM??
what can be the possible issues, Is there something i need to be aware of?
