Ultra 5 | 60 USB / Firewire PCI Card

I am looking to connect a mass storage device to either an Ultra5 or Ultra60 with the PCI bus.

Can anyone suggest a hardware vendor with a compatible USB or 1394 Fireware PCI card?

OS - Solaris 8
Mass Storage Device - Maxtor DV5000 200GB external.
