uk - consistent time of scheduled job on dbms_scheduler

Hi,

We have some scheduled jobs and with upcoming change to british summer time how can we ensure the jobs kick off at consistent time all year round and not move 1 hour forward.

Assume can use dbms_schedler.set_attribute (<????????>) but not sure what to put in the ????

version 11.2.0.3
