In CCS, C1_ISS_CTR_CHAR table is being referenced in the Issuing Center MO but there is no portal/UI available to allow users to add or update records in that table.
Our project could have used it to store additional information and to link the Issuing Center to other entities like Tender Source, but because there is no UI/portal for characteristics, we have no choice but to create an Extendable Lookup (i.e. extension).
PD expressed their intention to remove C1_ISS_CTR_CHAR table. Instead of removing that table, they should build a UI/maintenance portal for it.
