UI Application Backup fail with - 1 error has occurred - Error: Server Error

Hello Team,

Maybe someone has an idea of how to solve this issue…

Application backup fails when creating manual application backup (Utilities → Manage Backups). The last successful backup was seven weeks ago.

I know I can do application export, but I wonder if that is a known issue.

APEX: Oracle APEX 23.2.1
Env: OCI Always Free
DB: ADW
