UDL: OLE DB Provider for Oracle not visible

Dear Experts,

I installed 9iR2 client on a W2K workstation.
I create a UDL file. When I right click the UDL, I can't see the "Oracle Provider for OLE DB" entry in the Provider tab. I can see the Microsoft one.
What should I do so I can use the Oracle one in my UDL ? Any further step to be completed ?

I chose the 'Admin' options while installing the client and thought this would install the OLE DB provider for Oracle. How can I control it did it in fact ?
