Java EE (Java Enterprise Edition) General Discussion

I am working through the 1.4 tutorial, the JAXR chapter has me stuck, in order to run the examples that update any registry, I have to register as a registry user, the tutorial gives two options

# http://test.uddi.microsoft.com/ (Microsoft)
# http://uddi.ibm.com/testregistry/registry.html (IBM)

** It appears that the IBM test registry is no longer available
** I can connect to and use the microsoft registry to query, but I cannot find an explanation of how to register (on microsoft's UDDI site) so that I can do updates, deletes, etc.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there another test registry out there that I can register on and use? A google search didn't produce any that jumped out at me.
