Application Development Software

Here I am trying to integrate WebCenter content with OID, for this i have done the following,
1) created OID Provider under WLS and made the control flage as sufficient
2) Chaged the Default authenicator flag to optional

now when iam trying to login with the oid users, the user can able to see all options expect the following
1) From the Admin
a) Configuration manager
b) Archiver
2) Under Admin templates, Security list option is not displaying to assign groups and roles mapping

Can somebody help me to resolve the issue?
