UCM Storage using NFS/CIFS Protocol

Dear All,

Is there any guidance to setup the environment & UCM application so that we can store UCM data on Ontap OS with NFS/CIFS protocol?

I'm using Oracle UCM 11.1.1.8 which previously located on windows server. Then, due to storage limitation we want to move the storage (vault and weblayout) to NFS which using NetApp Ontap 8.3.2P4. Unfortunately when we copy the file on vault & weblayout folder, some data/file just cannot copied to the NFS storage, and on UCM I found warning regarding 8.3 naming support enabled.

Is there any guidance to configure it? or Does the Ontap 8.3.2 with NFS/CIFS protocol supported for the UCM 11.1.1.8?
