UCM and URM

Hi all,

I am now go to test the URM. So before i begin can anyone tell me the main difference betwean this two products. I know that the URM is for the records managemet but i also see that URM is a component, so the main question is:
Can i have this on the one instance? UCM and URM or i need new server and a new Oracle licence? If this is possible what are the problems that i might have if i installed it on only one instance?
