[Ubuntu] How can i verify, that i have the x64 JVM running?

Hello.
I have a machine with 8 Gb RAM and x64 Intel CoreQuad CPU.
I've recently installed the java bundle on Kubuntu 9.04 (Linux kuchumovn 2.6.28-11-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 01:58:03 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux).
It says:

java version "1.6.0_14"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_14-b08)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.0-b16, mixed mode)

I guess "HotSpot" is the default implementation of JVM from Sun...

So, can somebody tell me, how can I verify that my machine's potential (I mean vast RAM resources) is being fully used by the JVM?

I'm an experienced J2EE developer, but a newbie sysadmin :)
