We have noticed the following discrepancies when comparing a Billing To Do entry generated in the Upgrade environment with one generated in Production:
1. The value "BILLING" is missing from the To Do Type field.
2. The comment field is missing.
3. The "Created by" field is unclear.
4. The User ID is missing from both the "Assign to user" and "Sent by" fields.
5. Regarding the Actions Button, could you please explain the purpose of the 3 new buttons: Unassign ; Assign ; Update
6. 2 Buttons disapear Forward ; Send back
