tzdata-2018e - Oracle Linux - Daylight problem

Hi!

I´m starting here with a little bug. In Brasil we have a daylight saving time and this year it will going start in different time, 2 weeks later.

In Oracle Linux 6.x i found a problem when i updating tzdata-2018e. The installation was fine, without errors. Using https://oss.oracle.com/ol6/SRPMS-updates/tzdata-2018e-3.el6.src.rpm . After install i was check and the daylight didnt change.

The correct update is November / 3 to start

I need to know if this problem was a "Bug" or maybe i forgot to execute any command line.
