TX:Row Lock Contention on unique index

Hello ,

Iam facing a performance issue in my database (10g R2 RAC).
After checking up my wait events i discover that the poor performance because of large wait on unique index.
the wait event is TX:Row Lock Contention on the unique index.

This occur when i insert alot of data.

Please if yoy can help me on this i appreciate it.
