Two VM is not able to ping each other.

Hi,

I am not able to ping two server to each other.

I have installed VM 4.1.4 on windows-7.
Following thing done after installation.
1) Install Microsoft Loopback Adapter.
2) created two VM of windows 2008 R2. (Network type : Bridget type)
3) DHCP is enabled with IP range 10.10.10.101 to 10.10.10.254
