DevOps, CI/CD and Automation

I've just installed Oracle9i at home. Nothing fancy, I'm really a newbie to this side of the product.

In SQL*Plus, I've created a table and entered some rows.
When I try to link to the table from Access, I don't see it.

In SQL*Plus, a query of TABLE_NAME in USER_TABLES, gives me a laundry list of results.
However, they're not the same ones in Access.

At the risk of annoying someone with my basic confusion, could you point me in the right direction?
