two patch release versions how to check which to install

Currently I am trying to get ODI installed with the same patches as the other machine.
I used the `opatch lsinventory` command to check what patches were installed in the other machine and patch number 27117860 is one of them. But when I go download page, I saw two releases as below
`opatch lsinventory` only shows the patch number and date but not the release number though.

Is there a way to check which release is installed so I can get both machines have the exact same patches?
