Two different database licensing, same server

Hi,

Just one simple but important question. I've never done this, that's why I have this doubt.

I need to have two databases.

One with EE licensing-The second one with SE licensing- but in the same server.

My logic tell me the following:

Above can be done installing two ORACLE_HOMEs. One with EE and the second one with SE.

No matter if it's just one server.

Just using the proper ORACLE_HOME.

I'm right?
