Two columns in cascading LOV

Hi,
In Apex 20.1
Am using the LOV list with the cascading option. This is the query and settings where I filter the apartments that belongs to an specific condominium:
Can I show two columns in the list?
If not, is there a way to use the P24_COND_ID item or its value in Shared Components when defining the LOV so I can filter the result for the apartments that belongs to an specific condominium?
