Tuxedo Installation Error

Hi all,

I use .Net Framwork 4 and When I install Tuxedo 12.1.1.0(tuxedo12cR1_64_win_2k8_x64_VS2012) .
Log file -- installed Tuxedo 12.1.1.0_VS2012 at C:\Oracle\tuxedo12.1.1.0_VS2012 .
But It shows following Error.

ULOG.101015 : CMDTUX_CAT:4319: ERROR: An error occurred when TUXEDO 12.1.1.0_VS2012 Listener on Port 3131 attempted to access the registry

Am I missing anything?
