Tutorial to create fmb/fmx

Hi All,
I am new to Oracle forms and reports, i have a new activity that involves converting fmb/fmx to jsp using JHeadStart, i want to try that out but i guess i have to create a fmb file first.

Can someone kindly guide me to a tutorial that uses oracle default schema's like HR to create a simple fmb files.

I have downloaded Oracle Developer Suite 10g
