Turning off passive mode in FTP

Hi Gurus,

We need to turn off passive mode of transfer in Oracle B2B for FTP. We have set the receiver data port as 20 but we are still getting the exception " 425 Possible PASV port theft, cannot open data connection". Can you please let us know which field we need to set and what port for active mode? Thanks in advance.
