Tuning Wait event: SQL*Net message from client

Good daay everyone,

Working on Oracle 10g/windows
I'm having the wait event <<SQL*Net message from client>> thta sometimes reach 135secs on TKPROF tool.
The Parse,Execute and Fetch ran less than 1seconds, how could I do to reduce the SQLNet message from client* wait event?

does the session_cached_cursors parameter can help diminishing this event?
