TTS(Text To Speech) on Browser

Hi,

After some googling I'm quite disappointed. What I have to do is that, there will be a link on the browser, and when somebody will click on that link, the person will be able to listen to the texts on the page as speech.

Things that first comes to mind is applet or activex, but I cant see anything freely available.

Please anybody point me to the right direction.
