TTCACHEUIDPWDSET() ERROR

Hello,

I've installed Timesten V.7.When trying to connect to Timesten Database,I recieve below error

N.B.I can connect to Oracle database ICBS using below credentials.Only from timesten i'm recieving the no listener.

ERROR in ttBackEnd.c, line 1121: prepare failed

TT5131: Cannot connect to Oracle database: connect_string = "icbs", uid = "ICBS", pwd is hidden -- file "bdbConnect.c", lineno 1907, procedure "ttBDbConnect()"
