Trying to install a .cap file to a Samsung X700 N series mobile phone.

Hi guys,
I am trying to install a .cap file to a Samsung X700 N series mobile phone.But I don't no the exact steps to follow.
Also is there any midlet available to unlock the smartmx portion of Samsung X700 N series mobile phone.
These informations will be very valuable for me.
