Hello!
I have a problem importing a data pump dump from Oracle 23c Free to ATP 19c.
At first, the data pump just was given me only this message
UDI-28759: operation generated ORACLE error 28759
ORA-28759: failure to open file
and no log file was even generated.
After I executed the import through PL/SQL API it showed
ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_DATAPUMP", line 7376
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 79
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_DATAPUMP", line 4972

and the import logfile eventually was generated with the following content
ORA-39405: Oracle Data Pump does not support importing from a source database with TSTZ version 40 into a target database with TSTZ version 38.

I will much appreciate any advice on how to make the dump be loaded into ATP.
p.s. I have another ADW with Oracle 21 but it has an even older timezone file with the version 37.
