Due to the complexity of the requested set up, we were required to have each person on their own role which we turned into a user list with specific criteria. If two users have the same dollar amount to approve, the system is selecting 1 approver and sending the email, not sending to both. We require multiple users to receive the email, one person to approve before the PO will approve or move to the next step.
We would prefer to not have to do a customization, but would be interested in what other companies have done to work around this?
