Truncate Table Reuse Storage

Dear All,
<p> Is there any option to set the default Truncate Table execution to Truncate Table Reuse Storage in SQL plus? I am using version *2.1.1.64*.</p>
<p> If there is then please tell me the options to do it.</p>
