Using Tomcat 9, I'm attempting to implement ORDS 23.3.0.r2891830. I have Oracle Database 23.2, APEX 23.2, and JDK 17 installed. While utilizing ORDS Standalone Mode, I am able to run Apex; however, while attempting to run through Tomcat, I receive the gray "App Unavailable" landing page at http://192.168.1.40:8080/ords. Despite following the published documentation, I am unable to resolve the issue.
