troubles with packard bell easynote

BOX IS a "Packard Bell easynote with a AMD XP-M mobile processor"
512 RAM , CDROM/DVD Combo Rom Drive , and some harddisk
Troubles :
the box make a force shutdown
( that what i can do on the box: make standart config )
and when the OS move to the disk (blue Install screen)
max 60MB will move to the disk and then .... force shutdown
heres my question:
what i can do ? freeze the box ??? work with a cooling station for laptops?
(i�v already cooled the box with ice packeges to cool down the box
but thats not enought (BSD will be installed without problems)now i wana know what is the problem)
