Trouble connecting to RAC databases

We've got a number of databases that are running on a RAC cluster. I can connect to them successfully using SQL*Plus and TOAD.

But in Raptor when I select their TNS entries from the drop down list and try to connect I get an error message that looks like;

Status: Failure -Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12154, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect...

I've tried taking the hostname, port, and service name and plugging them into the Basic tab but get the same error on connect.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
