Trigger with Specified day of the week

Hi All,

In one of my interview it was asked that,write a trigger which will fire only on Monday and Wednesday.

I couldn't answered and also i am trying to search this solution in Internet but no hint or not able to find.

Just wanted to know whether is it possible or not?IF yes, what would be approach ?
