I'm copy and pasting my message to live chat, which sadly is not available in my region.
Today my free trial has expired and the only instance I had running was taken down, my dashboard is filled with phrases such as "Authorization failed or requested resource not found." And this morning, at around 3AM I was charged 10 RON on my debit card. My VM did not use any of the 300$ provided as free credit, I don't understand why it was terminated and what the reason for the charge is.
