Tree is not rendering on UI in APEX 5.1

Hi All,

I am using Product Build 5.1.4.00.08 and Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production.

I implemented Tree structure in my application to display the data in hierarchy model.

I have data in ,the respective table. But, it is not rendering in UI when I Run. I added screen shot below.

When I run the query in SQL Command, table is displaying as in required hierarchy.

I followed the procedure which has discussed in this video.

Could you please suggest me to get hierarchy in UI.

My requirement would be like this.
