I don't know that this is a FOEX problem or if I can provide enough information for that determination.
My application, which is based on a tree grid, normally loads just fine for all end-users, except for two people. On their Windows machine, the page never finishes loading, with the progress-arrows-circle swirling forever.
They've tried 4 common browsers (IE, Edge, FireFox and Chrome), but none work for them. Our IT support folks said one of those users had a loaner machine, and when they swapped the user back to their repaired machine, the page loaded for them. But the other user has their company-standard machine, which does not give them administrative rights to install unapproved apps.
An enterprising Support person checked the browser console during this hung page load and found FireFox reported a lot of unreachable code after a return statement (see attached screenshot #1). I get the warnings when I successfully load the page in FireFox, but not the errors (in red text). He also attached the page source's header, in case that might help.
If this isn't sufficient, I can upload the application into the Trial environment, though it takes a bit of effort to convert/simplify (which is why I didn't do it right-off).
Thanks,
Stew
