Trash folder

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to hide the Trash folder for certain users and if it is possible to give rights to certain users to permanent delete content in it. It is not enough to just change any metadata or security group. We really need to delete the content so no user (even systadmin or developers) can open or restore the content.

The installation is a UCM 11g and Webcenter Spaces 11g PS4.
