transparency jtextarea

Hello,

I want to have a transparent jtextarea on a transparent jpanel.
you can see what I mean here [also the source code]:
http://java.e-forum.ro/cod/transparenta/test.html

problem is that i get weird repainting on jtextarea.
Anybody know how can i make it work?
