Translation not working fine, missing special characters

I am working on translation of my application, initially I am trying with portuguese.
but as portuguese is having some special characters, those special characters are not displaying on my form after I run my application.

please go to the above URL and check the username & password field labels, what I need to do for this.
even when I convert my workspace language to portuguese and copied some words from there, those words are also not displaying correctly.
