translate javascript messages ?

Hi,

Apex 4.0.2, Oracle 10g r2

I use APEX_LANG to translate my PL/SQL messages iin the user language (application selected language). It works perfectly.

But is there any way to do the same in Javascript ? Can I get the application language from Javascript ? Or am I forced to call an application process that will call APEX_LANG ?
