Translate / Convert English words (Item Description) to Arabic Item words

Hi ,

I have stored itemcode and description in oracle 10g database, now i want to display corresponding arabic item description on report.
The actual reason is around 17,000 items descriptions in english stored in database, now we need to print english and arabic item description to label on all items in stores. please tell me that is it possible to convert / translate english to arabic? or if you have any coding , please tell me.
