Translate chart tooltip labels

Hi,

how can I translate labels on chart tooltips (Series, Group, Value) to Croatian language?

I have translated application messages using script from

http://translate-apex.com/

but those labels did not get translated.

Using APEX 5.1.3 on OracleXE11.
