TransformerConfigurationException: Could not load the translet class 'Grego

Hi. Get this javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException seemingly when xslt goes over a certain size. Is there any known solution please? Have seen some references, but these say something like this was fixed some time ago.

I am running with apache Tomcat 5.5, using jdk1.6.0_17 all on Windows XP, i.e. pretty recent versions of everything (apart from XP I guess).
