Transformation from EPSG:3068(Cassini/Soldner) to EPSG:25833(ETRS89/UTM33N)

I want to transform data from EPSG:3068 (Cassini/Soldner) to EPSG:25833 (ETRS89-UTM33N). My problem is, that Oracle has no definition for EPSG:3068.
Can anybody help me to define the coordinate system and the transformation parameter?
