Transferring Backup Files to another media

Hi!

I just performed backup of our XE database. Is there a way that I can transfer the backup files to another media like a jumpdrive or portable hard drive? If so, what are the files that I should copy? Are these the files under \\oracle\app\oracle\flash_recovery_area only the ones that I need to copy? I would very much like to transfer the files just in case my PC breaks down. I am a newbie when it comes to DB admin, please help me.
