Workflow or API calls:
Further details can be found in client upgrading to r4 version of our Staging app but it is sending to us with dstu2 - Oracle Forums as to the issue we are having with one of our clients. In an attempt to fix that we cannot log into our user on https://code-console.sandboxcerner.com
Background Information:
Failure to provide answers will impact our ability to respond in a timely and effective manner
Developer questions:
Based on the responses in the above post, can we have our user settings and apps for user grp-staywell-fhir-developers@staywell.com on https://code-console.cerner.com transferred to the sandbox for the same user? https://code-console.sandboxcerner.com or have someone clear out the security questions so I can recreate them? Someone set up the security questions differently on the sandbox for that user and has left the organization so we cannot log in.
