Transfer a client file (Oracle Forms 12C) to cloud storage(aws s3) without going through the database?

Oracle Version 12.2.1.4
Oracle Database 21c Standard Edition 2 Release 21.0.
webutil 12.2.1.4

Hi,
I want to pass this client forms file to aws s3.
I thought of using webutil + utl_http,
but all I found was saving to the database or saving to the application server.
Would there be any way to do this directly from Oracle Forms + webutil + utl_http(method=>'POST') to the API ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
