Transaction rollback error

Hello, everybody
I have a code which used to work perfectly with the old Microsoft data provider for Oracle.
After switching to ODP.NET, I've been experiencing an error raised when trying to perform a transaction rollback: "Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object."

Could you please tell me how can I fix this?

EDIT: the problem seems to occur only when I debug the application within Visual Studio; on the application server it seems to work fine. Is there a reason for this?
