Transaction already connected

Hello all,
I'm using Sybase Powerbuilder to Connect to Oracle. After network failure ( cable unpluged for example) I would like my application to reconnect automatically. When I try to connect again I get the "Transaction already connected error". So I have to create another session on the server.
Is there a way to disconnect the abandoned session?
